Joseph is the founder and MD & CEO of Cleft Rock Enterprises (CRE), a position he has held since June 1, 2014. Prior to founding CRE, he served as COO of GLS Publishing in Mumbai, India. Before that, he worked with EPL Limited (formerly Essel Propack Ltd), a Blackstone Group-owned, Mumbai-headquartered global tube-packaging company specializing in laminated plastic tubes for the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.

Suja Joseph

Director

Suja joined CRE in 2014 and brings over 17 years of diverse experience in Accounting, Finance, MIS, and Costing. Prior to joining CRE, she worked as Finance Manager at GLS Publishing and as Accounts Officer at PB Industrial Corporation, Mumbai. Her experience spans accounting, internal auditing, and finance, and she holds a Postgraduate Degree in Commerce from the University of Kerala. She is responsible for overseeing CRE’s finance function.
Joel Joseph

Director

Joel Joseph brings extensive experience in finance and investment banking to the CRE Board of Directors. He has previously worked with EY-GDS and EisnerAmper in India and currently works in the M&A sector in the UK. His financial expertise plays a pivotal role in driving CRE’s growth objectives, and the board is delighted to welcome him. Joel holds master’s degrees in Finance and Financial Technology from Henley Business School, UK, and in Financial Analysis from Bangalore University, along with a PGDM in Business Management (Finance) from NMIMS, Mumbai.
